Tracking Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email confirming that your order is being processed . When it’s ready to go, we'll send you a second email to let you know that your package is on its way.
If your order is being delivered by courier or via Royal Mail tracked service you will also be provided with a reference number which will allow you to keep track of the delivery.
If you want to view the status of your order, you can log into your account at any time to check how it’s doing.
To give the best possible service we use a fully traceable delivery service for the majority of our orders. We believe it's worth it to ensure everything arrives safely. You can order as much as you want for the single charge, shown below, so long as it is to one private address in the UK

Please be aware that for all parcels entering the US via a courier service, the FDA (Food & Drugs Administration) impose a custom clearance charge fee which is payable at the point of delivery by the recipient . It may be a better option to order from US online stores directly. There are other countries outside the EU that charge duty, please be aware of this as they are not pre payable.

Online orders cannot exceed 40kg in weight.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

In some countries import tax and duties, which are beyond our control, may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery of the parcel.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
