Orange Blossom - Fine Tea Collection This orange blossom tea is a fine balance of Ceylon, with its crisp notes, and rich bold Assam leaves. Taken from the best leaves of India and Sri Lanka they add a wonderful exotic flavour to the blend. It's then lavishly enhanced with marigold petals to create an even more refreshing taste and aroma that will delight your senses. Marigold flowers have a long history of being highly valued in many cultures for decorative and medicinal uses and make a fine addition to this unique tea. It's all then fantastically displayed in this decorative tin featuring an image of birds resting on a tree accented with pastel colours and intricate goldwork.

Water
The quality of water used has an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use freshly drawn water or filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

Temperature
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 212F.

Loose Leaf
Use the infuser of your choice. Measure 1 teaspoon of tea per person. For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

Infusion Time
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. Keep the teapot covered to retain heat. Time steeping carefully and infuse for 4-6 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea and lightly stir.
