The Ahmad Tea ’35 Years’ Prize Draw is open in the UK to participants aged 18 years or over. It is not open to employees of Ahmad Tea Ltd or families, agents or any other third party or person professionally connected with the Ahmad Tea Group.
In entering the prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.
One (1) entry per person, any duplicate entries will not be considered. No entries from agents or organised groups will be accepted. Ahmad Tea reserves the right to disqualify any entries and withhold any prizes which may have been won if it believes that an entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions.
Ahmad Tea is not responsible for entries delayed due to technical problems, nor any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the prize draw.
The competition opens 04.06.21 at 08:00am and closes at 23.59 on 11.06.21
PRIZES:
There will be one random prize draw at the close of the Entry Period, where 35 (thirty-five) different winners will be chosen.

The prize is redeemable by the winners only. There is no cash alternative offered to the prize awarded and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
Ahmad Tea will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of obligations under these terms in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.
WINNERS:
The winner will be randomly selected within seven working days of the close of the Entry Period and contacted via email. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but if winner fails to respond to the email within three (3) working days, he or she will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made from the remaining eligible entries to select a new winner.
The winner will be required to provide an address for delivery of the prize.
GENERAL:
The identity of the winners (names and countries of residence) will be made available on request to anyone making such request to Ahmad Tea within 10 weeks of the closing date of the Entry Period.
All decisions regarding this prize draw are final. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction. General Data Protection Regulation from the UK Data Protection Act 1998 applies.
Except where prohibited, by participating in this prize draw, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the main parties to this Agreement named as Instagram, Ahmad Tea and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns, and sponsors, advertisers, partners and agencies from, and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the prize draw, or receipt or use of any prize.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Ahmad Tea Ltd not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the prize draw must be directed to Ahmad Tea, and not to Instagram.
