- How much does shipping cost?
To give the best possible service we use a fully traceable delivery service for the majority of our orders. We believe it's worth it to ensure everything arrives safely. You can order as much as you want for the single charge, shown below, so long as it is to one private address in the UK.

Next Working Day Tracked Service £5.67
Free Next Working Day shipping for UK orders over £30.00
If you place your order before 12 midday, your order will be sent out the following day.
European deliveries are charged at £18.00. Free shipping for European orders over £50.00
Orders with deliveries outside of the EU are charged shipping as follows depending upon the value of the order:
Order value up to £100 – shipping costs of £35.00.
Order value between £100 and £149.00 – shipping costs of £50.00.
Order value between £150 and £200.00 – shipping costs of £70.00.
Order value over £200 – please kindly contact Ahmad Tea for shipping cost quotation prior to placing your order.
Please be aware that for all parcels entering the US via a courier service, the FDA (Food & Drugs Administration) impose a custom clearance charge fee which is payable at the point of delivery by the recipient . It may be a better option to order from US online stores directly. There are other countries outside the EU that charge duty, please be aware of this as they are not pre payable.
Please note we do not currently ship to Russia or Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
- If I change my mind, may I return any item I bought online?
- Absolutely! We apologise if your order did not meet your expectations. Please contact us at 0044 (0) 2380 27 89 00 or email us at email@example.com and we will resolve the issue. Please note we do not cover delivery/shipping costs for items being returned.
- I want to stock Ahmad Tea in my store, who do I talk to?
- Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll gladly send a catalogue and distributor information.
- I'm trying to use the promo code but it says it's invalid. Why?
- In order for a promotion code to be valid, it must meet both the date and the product requirements. Please double-check the code is not expired and is valid for the products in your tea basket. If you're still having issues, please reach out to customer support at email@example.com.
- What are my payment options?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and American Express.
- How do I use a promo code when ordering?
- Enter the code in the provided box at the time of checkout. The discount will be directly applied to the final receipt. Only one discount code is permitted per individual order.
- I can’t log into my account and I am desperate for tea. What do I do?
- That must be very frustrating; let’s resolve this right away. Here are some potential solutions: 1) Verify that you are typing in the email and password registered to the account. 2) Avoid copying and pasting your email and password into the prompt boxes. Sometimes this adds an extra unseen “space” which causes the system to reject the password. If you cannot remember your password, please select “FORGOT PASSWORD” on the log in page. An email will be sent to your registered account inviting you to reset your password. If you still cannot log into your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll investigate.
