The prize draw will be open from 18th May to 18th June 2022
One winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date
By entering the draw, you agree to subscribe to Ahmad Tea’s mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over It is not open to employees of Ahmad Tea Ltd or families, agents or any other third party or person professionally connected with the Ahmad Tea Group.
One (1) entry per person, any duplicate entries will not be considered. No entries from agents or organised groups will be accepted. Ahmad Tea reserves the right to disqualify any entries and withhold any prizes which may have been won if it believes that an entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw
The prize will include 60 boxes of 20 teabags from Ahmad Tea’s New Decaffeinated Collection (1200 teabags in total) in assorted blends
No cash or other alternatives will be offered and the prize is non transferable
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Ahmad Tea reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner
The winner will be required to provide an address for delivery of the prize.
Ahmad Tea is not responsible for entries delayed due to technical problems, nor any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the prize draw.
The prize is redeemable by the winners only. There is no cash alternative offered to the prize awarded and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
Ahmad Tea will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of obligations under these terms in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.
The identity of the winners (names and countries of residence) will be made available on request to anyone making such request to Ahmad Tea within 10 weeks of the closing date of the Entry Period.
All decisions regarding this prize draw are final. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction. General Data Protection Regulation from the UK Data Protection Act 1998 applies.
Except where prohibited, by participating in this prize draw, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the main parties to this Agreement named as Ahmad Tea and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns, and sponsors, advertisers, partners and agencies from, and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the prize draw, or receipt or use of any prize.
