INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sausages
  • Fried mushrooms
  • 2 Rashers grilled back bacon
  • 1 grilled tomato
  • Baked Beans
  • 1 Fried egg
  • 2 Fried hast browns

Method

Start with the sausages
Cook the sausages in a hot frying pan or on the grill, turning regularly until beautifully browned and cooked through. Once ready, keep warm.

Grill the bacon
Grill the back bacon until lightly crisp at the edges while still tender. Set aside alongside the sausages.

Sauté the mushrooms
Gently fry the mushrooms in a little butter or oil over a medium heat until soft, golden, and full of flavour.

Prepare the tomato
Place the tomato under the grill and cook until softened with a lightly caramelised surface.

Warm the baked beans
Heat the baked beans slowly in a small saucepan, allowing them to simmer gently.

Cook the hash browns
Fry the hash browns until crisp and golden on the outside, soft and fluffy within.

Fry the egg
Fry the egg until the white is just set and the yolk cooked to your preference.

Serve and enjoy
