Earl Grey Loose

This exceptional Earl Grey tea is expertly blended with high altitude teas from Assam and Ceylon gardens to bring that clean, crisp flavour of quality black tea. Accented with a touch of exotic citrusy bergamot, this blend becomes a truly memorable experience.



  • 2 tsp Earl grey Loose tea
  • 120g whipping cream
  • 220g dark chocolate


  • Melted chocolate
  • Cocoa powder



  1. Combine the hot cream and Earl Grey loose tea
  2. Let steep for 5 minutes
  3. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler
  4. Pour cream through a fine mesh sieve onto the chocolate, pressing on and discarding tea leaves, then whisk until smooth
  5. Cover mixture and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  6. Take about 20g of the chocolate mixture and place onto a baking tray
  7. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  8. Roll chocolate truffles into balls
  9. Coat chocolate truffles with cocoa powder & melted chocolate
  10. Refrigerate until set and Enjoy!
