INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
- 3-4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- pinch of vanillin
- 130g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 500g apples
- small piece of butter
- 100g Blackcurrants – for decoration
Method
- Whip eggs with sugar and add vanillin.
- Add flour and baking powder and combine.
- Peal and cut apples.
- Mix all together and pour into butter greased baking dish.
- Add Blackcurrants on top for decoration
- Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for around 40 minutes.
