INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • pinch of vanillin
  • 130g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 500g apples
  • small piece of butter
  • 100g Blackcurrants – for decoration

 

Method

  1. Whip eggs with sugar and add vanillin.
  2. Add flour and baking powder and combine.
  3. Peal and cut apples.
  4. Mix all together and pour into butter greased baking dish.
  5. Add Blackcurrants on top for decoration
  6. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for around 40 minutes.
