Earl Grey Tea - Teabags

INGREDIENTS

2 large ripened bananas
200g plain flour
100ml melted coconut oil
80g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional: Chocolate chips/pecans

Method

1. Wet ingredients: Mash up the bananas, mix in eggs, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, brown sugar and mix well.

2. Dry ingredients: Mix plain flour, baking soda, pinch of salt, cinnamon and mix well.

3. Combine dry mixture into wet bowl and mix thoroughly.

4. Throw in chocolate chips and/or nuts if desired.

5. Spray or line a baking tray and pour in the cake mix.

6. Top with chocolate or banana slices, skip if not.

7. Bake at 180 degree Celsius in the oven for 60 mins.
