INGREDIENTS
For the Immune Tea
- 1 Ahmad Tea Immune Tea bag
- Freshly boiled water
- 1 slice dried orange (for garnish)
For the Citrus Yogurt Bowl
- 1 orange (peeled and segmented, or peeled and sliced into rounds)
- Coconut yogurt or natural Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp total freshly grated ginger and turmeric (a small knob of each)
- 1 tsp runny honey
- Flax seeds (for sprinkling)
- Toasted coconut (a small pinch, for crunch and warmth)
Method
1. Brew the Tea
- Place Ahmad Tea Immune Tea in a cup and pour over freshly boiled water.
- Allow to steep for 3–4 minutes.
- Garnish with a slice of dried orange for a soft citrus aroma.
2. Prepare the Citrus Yogurt Bowl
- Prepare the orange by either:
- Removing the peel and slicing into segments, or
- Fully peeling and slicing into rounds.
- Spoon your choice of coconut yogurt or natural Greek yogurt into a breakfast bowl.
- Finely grate a small knob of fresh ginger and a small knob of fresh turmeric (about ½ teaspoon combined).
- Add the grated ginger and turmeric to the yogurt along with 1 teaspoon of runny honey, then stir well.
- Top the bowl with the prepared orange slices.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of flax seeds and a small pinch of toasted coconut for added crunch and warmth.
3. Serve
Enjoy the yogurt bowl alongside your freshly brewed immune tea. Serve immediately.
