For the Mixed Berries & Hibiscus syrup:
- Brew 4 Mixed Berries & Hibiscus teabags in 100ml boiled water
- Measure 100g of white caster sugar into a pan
- Pour the infusion into sugar and bring to a boil
- Boil until the sugar is dissolved
- Cool then pour into a container and keep in the fridge
For the Mixed Berry Tea & Tonic:
- Fill glass with cubed ice
- Add mixed berries to ice and mix
- Pour in the syrup
- Top with tonic water
