For the Mixed Berries & Hibiscus syrup:

  1. Brew 4 Mixed Berries & Hibiscus teabags in 100ml boiled water
  2. Measure 100g of white caster sugar into a pan
  3. Pour the infusion into sugar and bring to a boil
  4. Boil until the sugar is dissolved
  5. Cool then pour into a container and keep in the fridge

For the Mixed Berry Tea & Tonic:

  1. Fill glass with cubed ice
  2. Add mixed berries to ice and mix
  3. Pour in the syrup
  4. Top with tonic water
