Combining traditional Indian spices and high quality black tea, this tangy, zingy and comforting blend is a taste to savour.
INGREDIENTS
- 250ml boiling water
- 2 Ahmad Tea Chai Spice teabags
- 2 pieces star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick or ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 Cardamom pods or ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 200ml plant milk such as almond, coconut milk – chilled
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Ice cubes
Method
- Boil the water and add your Ahmad Tea Chai Spice teabags and all the spices to a teapot.
- Prepare your milk mixture by mixing chilled milk and maple syrup.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes then chilled milk and maple syrup
- Once your tea has cooled, pour the tea over your ice cubes and milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
