Blackcurrant Burst
A deliciously fruity fusion of blackcurrant flavours with Ahmad Tea's signature quality blac tea.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Evaporated Milk
- Natural Food Colouring
- 100ml Freshly brewed Ahmad Tea Blackcurrant Burst Tea
- Handful of Strawberries (finely diced)
- Raspberry puree
- 50g Coloured Tapioca Pearls
- Whippy Cream
- Rainbow Sprinkles
METHOD
- Mix the tapioca & finely diced strawberries together and add to glass
- Mix the raspberry puree & cooled freshly brewed infusion together
- Pour into glass over the tapioca & ice
- Add the coloured evaporated milk and stir
- Top with Whippy cream and your favourite sprinkles
- Add a wide straw and enjoy!!
