To create this blend, our Tea Masters balance briskly robust black teas from East Africa, then add real mango pieces and our signature mango flavouring to give the brew a sweetly exotic summeriness.
INGREDIENTS
- 250g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 250g frozen mango chunks
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Ahmad Tea Mango Magic tea bags
- ¼ cup boiling water
Method
1. Mix together the yoghurt and maple syrup, then pour into ice cubes. Freeze for 4 hours.
2. Add the 2 tea bags to a mug and pour over ¼ cup (60ml) boiling water. Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes, then discard the tea bags. Allow to cool completely.
3. When ready to serve your frozen yoghurt, add the mango, frozen yoghurt cubes and cooled brewed tea to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Transfer into a piping bag with a large piping nozzle. Pipe into dessert dishes and serve immediately.
5. Optional toppings – chopped fresh mango and pomegranate seeds.
